Can I try ASD for free before upgrading?
Yes! The Free plan is free forever — not a trial. It includes 1 tunnel with a random subdomain, perfect for testing and personal projects. No credit card required.
What happens when I exceed my tunnel limit?
You won't be able to create new tunnels until you upgrade or close existing ones. Active tunnels continue working.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
We're planning annual billing with discounts for our general release in 2026. Early subscribers on monthly plans will be able to switch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
Can I add more tunnels without upgrading?
Yes. The Extra Tunnel add-on (€3/mo each) lets you add tunnels to any paid plan without changing tiers.
How does the CI/CD token add-on work?
CI/CD tokens are designed for automated pipelines. They have longer TTLs and can be scoped to specific tunnel configs.
What's included in the self-hosted add-on?
The self-hosted add-on includes the ASD server image, configuration guides, and support for deployment on your infrastructure.
Do you offer discounts for startups or open source?

What's the difference between Pro and Scale?
